It's amazing how far we've taken the art of the tomato. Sometimes, by making it more beautiful, more attractive, more flavoursome, more ‘tomato’, we actually lose its taste, aroma and essence. With this insight in mind, we emphasized our tradition, care and delicacy with which we make the Alvalle gazpacho. A gazpacho with the taste of yesteryear.

We have gone crazy, or so it seems with the gazpacho ingredients. Sometimes we try to make it tastier, more interesting, more gazpacho, while they stop being a little that: the traditional gazpacho. That’s what we tried with our old school illustration.
